Villa del mar far exceeded our expectations. Peace and quiet 5 minutes scooter away from the busier parts of the island. Private beach at the end of the garden and all the amenities we could have dreamt of. Morning swim, read in the sun in the hammock, lunch in the shade - perfect. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, everything has been thought through really well. Our hosts speak perfect English and are extremely helpful and kind. The lovely couple who attended to the house regularly was extremely thoughtful, discreet and efficient. We will be coming back!

Our villas are strategically located in different parts of the island, including Chora, Sapsila, Agriolivadi beach, Alykes beach and the outskirts of Skala. Each villa offers unique views and amenities, ensuring that our guests can enjoy a tailor-made experience. Our office is located in Skala, the port of Patmos, just 50m from the port entrance, making it easily accessible for our guests.
